    Our Apple Carrot Smoothie is a healthy and flavorful way to start off any day. It's also a great snack or meal replacement.

    With apples, mango, and orange juice in addition to carrots, this homemade carrot smoothie is a great way to bulk up on vitamin C, beta carotene, potassium, and vitamin A.

    And if that's not enough to sell you on it, carrot smoothies taste amazing! Carrots are naturally sweet and pair wonderfully with the flavors of the fruits.

    You only need a few simple ingredients to make this delicious smoothie!

    • carrots - peel and slice into thin round circles
    • apple - chopped (with or without skin)
    • orange juice
    • frozen mango
    • ice cubes (optional)
    • ground cinnamon or ground ginger (optional)

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup carrots (about 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped)
    • 1 large apple chopped into cubes
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
    • 10f ice cubes optional
    • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

    Instructions

    • Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender.
      1 cup carrots, 1 large apple, 1 cup orange juice, ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango, 10f ice cubes, ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
    • Process until smooth.
    • Serve immediately.
