We all know that spinach is good for us, right? But, did you know that spinach is rich in folate which is good for your mind and body?

"Higher dietary intake of foods containing folate may contribute to improved mental health and lower risks of depression and anxiety disorders."

If that isn't enough reason to start making this green smoothie, let me add this - it is delicious. No really! We're adding lots of tasty ingredients that help to mask the spinach flavor, so you get even more nutritional benefits. What's not to love about that?

I don't usually like green stuff, but that looks pretty good! I like that it's kind of tropical with the pineapple and mango.

Do you have a blender you recommend for frozen fruit? My small blender does not blend frozen items.

I use the Hamilton Beach 50127 blender for my smoothies, it's one of the more affordable blenders for smoothies and it works great!
