Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender.
1 cup carrots, 1 large apple, 1 cup orange juice, ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango, 10f ice cubes, ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Process until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.For a thick frozen smoothie, add ice cubes.
