    1. Avocado and Banana Smoothie

    This creamy smoothie with avocado, banana, and yogurt is full of omega-3, dietary fiber, potassium, and calcium, as well as vitamins B6, C, E and K.

    It's an ideal green smoothie for weight gain.

    2. Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

    When made with whole milk, this blueberry smoothie is one of the best high-calorie smoothie recipes.

    It's also loaded with vitamin A, potassium, calcium, and fiber.

    3. Pina Colada Smoothie

    With high-calorie coconut cream and coconut flakes, this delicious smoothie is a great option for adding extra calories to your diet.

    For a thicker smoothie, I like to use frozen pineapple or add ice cubes.

    This sweet smoothie is higher in sugar than many of the others, but it's a good source of potassium and vitamin C. For less sugar, reduce the cream of coconut to just 1 tablespoon and substitute the rest with coconut milk or coconut water.

    There are lots of ways to customize this smoothie. You could use almond butter - or a variety of nut butters - if you prefer or add chocolate protein powder.

    5. Apple Pie Smoothie

    * Avocados are an easy way to add calories to any smoothie.
    * Instead of using fruit juices, use whole fresh fruit, or frozen fruit.
    * Whole milk and full fat yogurt are also great options for adding calories.
    * Any kind of of nut butter or sunflower seed butter adds protein and calories and they're full of healthy fats. You can also add whole nuts like walnuts or cashews. Seeds are good for adding calories, too. Try flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

    What fruit has the highest calories?

    Avocados, figs, dates, bananas, prunes, currents, apricots, raisins, and are all good for healthy weight gain.

    What vegetables help you gain weight?

    Beets, kale, peas, sweet potatoes, squash, chickpeas, and yams are high in calories.
    Fun Fact: dehydrated carrots have way more calories than fresh carrots!

    What kind of yogurt has more fat?

    A serving size of regular yogurt has about 8 grams of fat while Greek full-fat yogurt has 10 grams.
    Greek yogurt usually has almost twice as much protein as regular yogurt.
