    It's perfect on top of these spicy chicken tacos flavored with fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.

    (Make a little extra chicken and you can use it on our Chopped Salad Recipe + Southwest Chipotle Dressing for lunch!)

    This is my husband's favorite snack! I like to put it into small containers like individual servings. It'll keep in the fridge for about a week.

    It's great as a snack, but you can also add a little bit on top of grilled chicken breast or pasta for an amazing meal.

    Our local farm stand is loaded with fresh produce like corn on the cob, cauliflower, kale, tomatoes, and tons of herbs. Here are some more side dish ideas for you to make the most of this seasonal bounty!

    • Make up some Ruth's Chris Steak Butter Recipe or Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce and drizzle it over steamed broccoli, wilted spinach, or summer squash.
    • Any salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing is going to disappear in my house!

    ✔️ Keep your leftovers fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite.

    ✔️ Make extra chicken on Tuesday or Wednesday and use it for lunches to make sandwiches, wraps, salads, or more tacos!

    ✔️ Ground beef on sale? Make extra burger patties and flash-freeze them on a tray for one hour. Remove them from the freezer and bag them up. Don't forget to label the bag with the date and contents!
