    ⭐ Ang's Tips

✔️ Start by placing the yogurt and your liquid of choice on the bottom, then add the fruit. This will make it easier to blend. Pulse a couple of times, then process until smooth.

✔️ If you like your smoothies a little more slushy-like, add a few ice cubes to the blender.

    📖 Variations

The first time you try any new recipe we recommend that you make it just as it is written on the recipe card since that is how our peaches and cream smoothie recipe has been tested. However, the next time you make our recipe, you might want to try one of these ideas:

    • You can use any milk or milk substitute you prefer including oat milk, cashew milk, sweetened or unsweetened almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, coconut water, etc.
    • Use Greek yogurt, full fat yogurt, or dairy free yogurt if you prefer.
    • I like to use a little bit of honey for sweetness, but you could also use agave nectar or maple syrup if you like. I like to taste the smoothie mixture before I add anything to sweeten it.
    • You can use fresh or frozen peaches for this recipe. If you're using fresh peaches but want a thicker smoothie, add in a few ice cubes.
    • Add a tablespoon or two of chia seeds or a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending for additional protein.

Peaches and Cream Smoothie Bowl: For a thicker consistency, use less liquid. Add your favorite toppings like toasted oats, strawberries, a sliced banana, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. This is a great ice cream replacement and a treat my kids love.
