- 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 2 cups milk of your choice cows milk, unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, hemp milk, or other plant milk, etc.
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice vanilla yogurt, soy yogurt, vanilla Greek yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, plant-based yogurt, etc.
