Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 cups milk of your choice cows milk, unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, hemp milk, or other plant milk, etc.
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice vanilla yogurt, soy yogurt, vanilla Greek yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, plant-based yogurt, etc.

Instructions

  • In a high-powered blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients.
    2 cups blueberries, 2 cups pineapple chunks, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 cups milk of your choice, 1 cup yogurt of your choice
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
