    Here is your free Weekly Meal Plan 33 for August 21-27 with ideas for snacks and desserts, too.

    ✔️ Clean your produce when you get home from the store. Prep ingredients like diced onions and chopped carrots ahead of time so you just need to grab a container when it's time to cook - it's like having a sous chef!

    ✔️ Keep your prepped foods fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite. Plus these are great for leftovers, too.

    ✔️ Before you shop, check your grocery store's website. Last week, I saved $9 just by clicking one little checkmark when I did my online grocery order! (Thanks, Hannaford!) You may find coupons or specials to help save you money.

    Sunday - Homemade Salisbury Steak

    Forget those TV dinners of your childhood, this meal is legit.

    I absolutely adore this Salisbury Steak Recipe - ready in just 35 minutes!

    Serve it with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and peas, or Garlic Green Beans.

    Sunday supper is also a great time to make our copycat Texas Roadhouse rolls and cinnamon honey butter!

    Monday - Tilapia with Pineapple Avocado Salsa

    Broiled Tilapia is a quick and easy meal. While the fish cooks, make the pineapple and avocado salsa.

    You could also try this with our Sweet Corn, Tomato and Avocado Salsa.

    I like to serve this with Quick Parmesan Risotto. Add your favorite veggie on the side if you want, or just pile on a whole bunch of extra salsa!

    Tuesday - Chicken Chili

    Slow Cooker Chicken Chili is super easy to make (think dump and go) and feeds a crowd.

    Plus, leftover chili is great for making chili pot pie, chili tater tot casserole, and chili potato skins.

    Wednesday - Tarragon Walnut Pesto Flatbread

    Tarragon and Walnut Pesto Flatbread

    Because it's so quick to cook, flatbread is a great weeknight dinner option.

    This Tarragon Walnut Pesto Flatbread is super flavorful.

    If you're not feeling adventurous you can use Basil Pesto instead.

    Serve with a salad like BLT Pasta Salad, Chicken Avocado Caprese Salad, or Fruit Salad with Orange Juice Dressing.

    Thursday - Italian Style Chicken Sausage Soup

    Italian Style Chicken Sausage Soup is perfect for using up leftover veggies you might have in your fridge.

    Grab your favorite chicken sausage from the store and make this yummy soup right in your slow cooker.

    The flavor reminds me a little bit of minestrone soup - some homey and comforting!

    Breakfast - Sweet Potato Spinach Quiche

    One dish I love making with sweet potatoes is this Sweet Potato Spinach Quiche - it's so good!

    This recipe is gluten-free.

    Leftover quiche is delicious for breakfast or lunch.

    When sweet potatoes go on sale, I stock up! They'll keep for a good long while in a cool dark spot so I keep them in a paper bag in my garage. Here are a few of my favorite sweet potato dishes:

    Snacks - Peanut Butter Caramel Apple Dip

    Super easy and so yummy! This Peanut Butter Caramel Apple Dip Recipe is awesome!

    It's apple season and we're eating tons of them around here. This Peanut Butter Caramel Apple Dip is so creamy and delicious. It's a great way to get kids to eat more fruit because it's really good with pears and nectarines, too.

    Dessert - Mini Apple Tart

    While this recipe takes a little bit more time than a traditional apple pie, it's so worth it.

    Game Day Grub

    I know it's only preseason, but I'm excited about it being football season. I'm not really a sports fanatic, but I'm a massive fan of hanging out with the family and munching on good food! Here are a few of our favorite snacks to make on game day:
