Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or almond milk
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 to 2 scoops vanilla or plain protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
