Grilled Pineapple Fruit Salad

Ingredients

pineapple
cored and sliced
1
pint
strawberries
4
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
tablespoons
honey
1
⁄3 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add coconut and cook, stirring frequently, until it begins to brown.
1 ⁄3 cup shredded coconut
Remove from heat and let cool.
Heat grill over medium heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and honey. Brush onto fruit. Grill fruit until heated and slightly charred.
1 pineapple,
1 pint strawberries,
4 tablespoons lemon juice,
1 tablespoons honey
Combine and top with toasted coconut.
Notes
**For strawberries, I either put them on skewers to grill or I use a little grill basket. I slice them after they are grilled.
