4 6 inch corn tortillas 1 cup cooked Crockpot BBQ Chicken 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided 4 tablespoons diced red onion divided 4 tablespoons diced roma tomato divided 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley divided

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Put corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
4 6 inch corn tortillas
Spread ½ Tablespoon of BBQ sauce on each tortilla.
4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Top each tostada with ⅛ cup mozzarella cheese.
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Add ¼ cup of Crockpot BBQ chicken on top of each tostada.
1 cup cooked
Add 1 tablespoon red onion, 1 tablespoon tomato and 1 tablespoon cilantro on top of each tostada.

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
To crisp, turn oven to Broil and broil for 1-2 minutes.
