BBQ Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 4 6 inch corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked Crockpot BBQ Chicken
  • 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 4 tablespoons diced red onion divided
  • 4 tablespoons diced roma tomato divided
  • 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley divided

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Put corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
    4 6 inch corn tortillas
  • Spread ½ Tablespoon of BBQ sauce on each tortilla.
    4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • Top each tostada with ⅛ cup mozzarella cheese.
    ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Add ¼ cup of Crockpot BBQ chicken on top of each tostada.
    1 cup cooked
  • Add 1 tablespoon red onion, 1 tablespoon tomato and 1 tablespoon cilantro on top of each tostada.
    4 tablespoons diced red onion, 4 tablespoons diced roma tomato, 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • To crisp, turn oven to Broil and broil for 1-2 minutes.
