    ⭐ Tips

✔️ Fresh sweet corn is best when it is in season. The freshest corn will have bright green husks and feel slightly damp. Avoid corn cobs that are yellow or have small holes.

✔️ Use a pastry brush or basting brush to spread the melted butter over each ear of corn.

    🍲 Storage

To Store: Leftover corn should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container or bag. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)

To Reheat: Microwave individual portions in 30 second intervals until heated throughout.

    📖 Variations

The first time you try any new recipe we recommend that you make it just as it is written on the recipe card since that is how our air-fried corn on the cob recipe has been tested. However, the next time you make our recipe, you might want to try one of these ideas:

You can use vegetable oil or olive oil spray if you prefer.

For a slightly spicy flavor, add a bit of chili powder to the honey butter.

If you love Mexican street corn, add some fresh lime juice and sprinkle with cojita cheese.
