Easy Texas Trash Pie with flaked coconut, pecans, caramel bits, pecans, chocolate chips, and salty pretzels has all the fun and richness of a magic bar in a butter, flakey, tender pie crust.
Line the pie plate with the pie crust, add the pie weights and blind bake at 350°F until slightly brown.
1 prepared pie crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling and mix until well combined.
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup caramel bits, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, ½ cup crushed pretzels, ¼ cup melted unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon sea flaked salt
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and return to the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the pie from the oven and place it onto a wire rack. Allow the pie to cool 1 hour until the filling is completely set before slicing.
