(If using leftover steak, skip this step.)Heat the oil in a skillet or wok. Add the diced steak, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides. Once browned, remove from the pan and set aside. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak
Add the garlic and ginger and cook 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the vegetables and cook until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes. (They will continue to cook as you finish preparing the dish).
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 1 cup diced onions
Push the vegetable mixture out toward the edges of the pan. Add the beaten eggs into the center of the pan. Once the egg is cooked, mix it into the vegetable mixture.

Add the cooked rice and steak to the skillet. Stir to combine.
3 cups cooked white rice
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine. Taste for seasoning and add additional salt and pepper as needed.
3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, salt and blakc pepper to taste
Serve hot with green onions on top if desired.
