In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the olive oil and half of the butter.

Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and season with about half of the Italian herb mix.

Cook the potatoes for 3-4 minutes, then stir and allow them to continue cooking until fork tender.
Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set them aside.
Next, place the skillet back on the stove and turn the heat up to high.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the steak bites in a single layer.

Add the Worcestershire sauce on top of the steak.

Allow the steak to get a good sear on the first side, about 1-2- minutes, before turning the pieces. Repeat until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Return the cooked potatoes back to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
