- 1 cup beef stock or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Place the beef into the crock.

Pour the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce on top of the roast.

Set the slow cooker to LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 6-8 hours.
To shred the beef, place it on a cutting board and use two forks to pull the meat apart.
