Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • cups milk or almond milk depending on thickness desired
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
