To Make the Crockpot Shredded Chicken
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth or chicken stock
- 6 teaspoons taco seasoning or a 1 ounce packet
- 6 teaspoons ranch seasoning or a 1 ounce packet
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional

Place 1lb of chicken into a crockpot with chicken stock and seasonings. Cook for 4 hours on LOW. Shred.

In a large skillet over medium lightly warm the flour tortillas in each side for 1-2 minutes. (No oil needed)
