- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lb small shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta to al dente, drain and set aside.

Next, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and oil and cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
