Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • teaspoon dried parsley
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake the ingredients for the dressing together until well blended.
    ⅓ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ⅛ teaspoon dried parsley, ⅛ teaspoon onion powder, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, kosher salt
