Preheat the oven to 400F.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
½ cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup white wine, 3 teaspoons fresh garlic, ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Trim off any silver skin or fat from the pork tenderloin, then brush the pork with olive oil.
2 pork tenderloins, about 1lb each, 2 tablespoons olive oil
In a small bowl, combine and gently mix the seasonings and flour together.
2 teaspoons flour, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon ground mustard, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
Dust the pork with the mixture on all sides. Place the seasoned pork in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the sauce mixture around the pork.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes, turning the pork tenderloin over halfway through cooking.
Once the internal temperature of the meat reaches 155F, remove the pork from the oven. Spoon the sauce over the top of the meat. Cover lightly with aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
