Once all the ingredients are chopped, toss them together to combine.
2½ cups ripe mangoes, 1 cup red onion, 3 tablespoons jalapeño, 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, 1 lime
Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Notes
You can chop your ingredients as large or small as you like.Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor!If you don't care for cilantro, substitute parsley.Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or substitute a serrano pepper for the jalapeno pepper for a spicier salsa.
