Combine the cooled roasted garlic into a small mixing bowl and mash with the back of a fork.
⅓ cup roasted garlic
Whisk the remaining ingredients with the mashed garlic until well combined.
1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt and black pepper
Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
