Add the flour, salt, and yeast into a large mixing bowl. Whisk the dry ingredients until they are fully combined.
3 cups all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
Add lukewarm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Stir in the cheddar cheese until it is incorporated fully into the dough.
1 ¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Lightly spray your dough with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap.
Allow the dough to rest for about 12-18 hours.
Place the empty Dutch oven into the oven and preheat the oven to 450F degrees.
Meanwhile, flour your work surface and roll out the dough into the flour until it forms a ball. Make sure you are doing this on a smooth surface.
When the oven has reached 450F degrees, remove the hot Dutch oven and carefully line it with parchment paper. Place dough ball inside.
Cover and allow the bread to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool for a little bit.
