1 cup Cowboy Butter 2 pounds white buttom mushrooms cleaned ½ teaspoon dry mustard ¼ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon Worceshire sauce ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Melt the cowboy butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and seasonings. Stir to combine.
½ teaspoon dry mustard, ¼ teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon Worceshire sauce, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, 2 pounds white buttom mushrooms
Cook for 18-22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden in color and tender.
Garnish with lemon zest (and parsley, if desired) and serve hot.
