Waffle Mix
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup canola oil or melted unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoons salt
Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

Add flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder to a large bowl and whisk.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
2 cups buttermilk, 3 eggs, ⅓ cup canola oil, 2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix until well combined.
Add ¼-1/3 cup of batter to your heated waffle iron (the amount you add is determined by the size of your waffle iron)
Brush waffles with melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar.
