BLT Pasta Salad Recipe with Creamy Ranch Dressing

BLT Pasta Salad is a delicious side, or light meal for summer. It combines all of the delicious flavor of traditional pasta salad and a classic BLT!

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 12 oz any pasta you like cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart chopped
  • 1 lb bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small red onion chopped small

Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Salad

  • Cook pasta per package directions, drain, and cool.
    12 oz any pasta you like
  • Toss pasta with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and onion.

Dressing

  • In a bowl whisk together ranch seasoning mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
    1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, ⅓ cup milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately or chill and serve. Enjoy!
