Avocado Ranch Dressing Recipe

  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Sour Cream OR Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper I like using fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 clove fresh garlic grated or finely minced
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives or ½ teaspoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or ½ teaspoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or ½ teaspoon fresh
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.
    1 cup Buttermilk, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoon Sour Cream OR Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 ripe avocados, ¼ cup white wine vinegar or lemon juice, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 clove fresh garlic, ½ lime, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Mix in the chives by hand.
    1 teaspoon dried chives
  • Transfer to a 1-quart mason jar or other airtight container.
  • For best results, refrigerate 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
