Allow pork chops to sit at room temperature for 15 mins before preparing,

Preheat the air fryer to 390º F.
Pat pork chops with paper towels to ensure they are dry and set aside.
Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl.
1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper, ½ salt
Use half the seasoning mix to season the pork chops, then set the meat aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and remaining seasonings.

In a third bowl, whisk together an egg and the milk.
1 egg, ½ cup milk
On a plate, mix together the panko and olive oil. You can also omit the olive oil and spray the pork chops with an olive oil spray.
1 ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, and shake to remove any excess.
Next, dip each pork chop in the egg/milk mixture.
Let excess liquid drip off.
Lastly, dredge each in the panko breadcrumb mixture.
Place the pork chops in a single layer.
Cook at 390˚ for 7 minutes.
