⭐ Ang's Tips
✔️ Use a serrated knife, also known as a bread knife, to slice the rolls in half all at once, rather than pulling them apart.
🍲 Storage
To Store: Leftover pepperoni sliders can be kept in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)
To Reheat: Microwave individual portions in 30 second intervals until heated throughout.
📖 Variations
The first time you try any new recipe we recommend that you make it just as it is written on the recipe card since that is how the delicious recipe has been tested. However, the next time you make our recipe, you might want to try one of these ideas:
Brush the top of the rolls with garlic butter dipping sauce instead of making your own mixture.
Add veggies like sliced red onion and green peppers on top of the slices of pepperoni.
For the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees. Cut the sandwiches apart. Place the sliders into the air fryer in a single layer with a small space between the sandwiches to allow the air to circulate. Air fry the sliders for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted, and the sandwiches are browned.
You can make these sliders with other types of meat and cheese, too. Try ham and Swiss with a butter and ranch seasoning mixture or shredded beef and provolone with our cowboy butter dipping sauce on top.

🍴 Serving Suggestions
Serve with additional sauce on the side. It can be any kind of pasta sauce you like... sometimes I even serve them with alfredo sauce!
For a meal, serve with a fresh green salad. Of course, they make a delicious appetizer, too!
