- honey - I like to use local honey whenever possible
- butter - using unsalted butter will allow you to control the amount of salt, but salted butter also works
- cream cheese - it's best if this is room temperature and cut into pieces
- salt and black pepper - to taste
Optional ingredients: pinch of red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish.

⭐Ang's Recipe Tips
✔️ You can substitute frozen corn, but you may need to cook the honey butter and corn mixture for a few extra minutes to help remove the excess moisture and heat the corn throughout.
✔️ I don't recommend microwaving cream cheese to soften it. Instead, cut it into small pieces before you start cooking and set it on the stove top near your warm burner to help soften more quickly.

🍲 Storage
To Store: Leftover honey buttered corn in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers for leftovers.)
To Reheat: Microwave individual portions in 30 second intervals until heated throughout.
