This mixture will make 9 steamers.

    1. First, preheat the oven to 200F° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Zest the orange using a zester or grater onto the prepared baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 25 minutes until the zest has dried out.
    4. In a small bowl, add the Epsom salts, baking soda and mica powder and stir well to combine.
    5. Next, add each of the essential oils one at a time, stirring often.
    6. After that, mix in the water while stirring until you have a paste-like mixture.
    7. Into NINE (9) of the cavities in your silicon mold, add a bit of the orange zest. You will not need all 15 spots.
    8. Now fill the cavities with the epsom salt mixture and pat it down firmly.
    9. Allow the shower steamers to set inside the mold for 24-48 hours.

    How to Use Shower Steamers

To use your shower steamers, turn on the hot water for a shower. Place 1-2 steamers on the floor of the tub/shower furthest away from the falling water. If you place them directly under the water, they will dissolve very quickly. The steam from the hot water will help release the essential oils.
