    This Easy Steak Marinade uses pantry ingredients and just a few minutes of prep time to create a delicious marinade for any steak.

    Steak is more of a 'treat' in this house than a regular meal option, and with so many different cuts and ways to make a delicious steak, I’ve found that one thing always remains the same no matter how or what I make!

    This delightful steak marinade will bring out all the tasty flavors in your cut of beef, that you’ll always want this recipe handy whenever you cook up a steak.

    Ingredients

    • Lemon juice
    • Soy sauce
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Garlic
    • Beef bouillon
    • Ground mustard
    • Black pepper
    • Kosher salt
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Cowboy Compound Butter
    • Parsley

    For a really great tender and flavorful steak, this marinade is the best. The acidic lemon juice helps to tenderize the beef, while the garlic infuses loads of amazing flavor.

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire.
    2. Add the minced garlic, beef bouillon, mustard, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
    3. Drizzle in the olive oil, and whisk.
    4. Place the steak into a gallon-size resealable bag and pour the marinade into the bag and seal.
    5. Use your hands to gently squeeze the bag so that the marinade coats the entire steak.
    6. Refrigerate for a least 1 hour.

    TIP: The longer the steak marinates, the more flavorful and tender it will be.

    Ingredients

    Steak Marinade

    • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
    • ⅓ cup soy sauce
    • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon concentrate OR 1 beef bouillon cube crumbled
    • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • pinch red pepper flakes
    • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

    For Serving

    • Cowboy Butter
    • fresh parsley, chopped

    Steak Marinade

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Add the minced garlic, beef bouillon concentrate OR 1 beef bouillon cube crumbled, ground mustard, black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
    • Drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to create an emulsion.
    • Place the steak into a gallon-size resealable bag and pour the marinade into the bag and seal.
    • Use your hands to gently squeeze the bag so that the marinade coats all the steak.
    • Place into the refrigerator for a least 1 hour. The longer the steak marinates, the more flavorful and tender it will be. Steak can marinate up to 24 hours.
