Can you freeze Cranberry Butter to keep longer?
I wish to make some for Xmas gifts.
Such an easy resipe!!

Hi Ilene - you can absolutely freeze cranberry butter! Whether you are making logs or putting it into jars, I recommend putting it into a freezer bag to help keep it fresh. If you put it into jars, be sure to leave a little headspace as the butter mixture will expand when it freezes. In optimal conditions, it will keep up to 3 months. ENJOY!
