    🍴 Serving Suggestions

Eating overnight oats will fill you up so not only are they perfect for breakfast, but they're a great snack, too.

If your kids don't care for sandwiches in their lunchbox, place all your ingredients into an airtight container with a snapping lid.

    📖 Variations

You can use any kind of milk or non-dairy substitute you want including cow's milk, soy milk, cashew milk, unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or even coconut milk.

Use vanilla yogurt instead of blueberry yogurt, or use another flavor like strawberry or peach for a yummy combination. You can also use Greek yogurt if you prefer.

I like making blueberry walnut overnight oats by adding chopped walnuts right into the oats mixture. You could also add almonds, pecans, or skip the nuts and add flax or chia seeds. Nuts and seeds add good healthy fats.

Add a scoop of protein powder into the quick oats before layering.

If you have a ripe banana on hand, mash up about half of it and add it to the oats mixture. It's so yummy with the sweet blueberries.

My kids like these for an afternoon snack with unsweetened almond milk and honey. We've made them with both blueberry and vanilla yogurt but they like vanilla better. Thanks for the recipe.

I make these with steel cut oats instead because I don't like them as mushy. But I like the rest of this recipe. The blueberry yogurt is really good.

My kids don't like meat so I add a little bit of protein powder to the oats and then I put almonds on top.
This is a really good recipe. I make it with honey and oat milk usually.

Hi Ang! I like these as a post-run snack. I us agave nectar and soy milk. And soy yogurt. Thanks for the recipe.

I make these with your recipe using vanilla yogurt, brown sugar, and cow's milk about once a week. Sometimes I use other kinds of berries when they're on sale.
      Thank you for the recipe.
