When it comes to brunch, it's nice to have one big dish like Sweet Potato Spinach Quiche or this croissant bake as a centerpiece to your spread. It's especially awesome if the dish is a make-ahead recipe and you don't have to spend all morning in the kitchen! Personally, I'd prefer to sip mimosas with my guests instead. Wouldn't you?

Everyone knows that blueberries are healthy and delicious, of course. I cook with them a TON for these exact reasons. These Easy Blueberry Oat Muffins are a big favorite around here! While you can use pretty much any fruit for this tasty make-ahead breakfast bake, blueberries are kind of the star. I hope you enjoy it!
