This is meant to be a brief overview of the peanut butter chip blondies recipe. For step-by-step instructions and a full printable recipe card with ingredients, please scroll down to the teal box below or Jump to Recipe.

    🔪Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line a 9x12 pan with foil so that the edges hang over and spray with cooking spray.
    2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    3. Add the vanilla, then the eggs, one at a time, and mix well, scraping down the bowl after each addition.
    4. In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.  Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
    5. Fold in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
    6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
    7. Bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean (Take care not to overcook these).
    8. Once the blondies have cooled, remove the them by lifting the tinfoil and placing on a cutting board to cut.

    ⏲️ Storage

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. (These are my favorite containers.) These will last about 1 week.

You can also freeze these and they will last about 1 month. If you know you're going to freeze a bunch, don't cut them up. Instead, wrap them in plastic wrap and then place that into a freezer bag. Don't forget to label them!

    📖 Variations

We recommend that you try our recipe for the first time just as it is written for the best results, because that is how the recipe has been tested.

However, the next time you make it, you might consider one of these different ways of making this great recipe.

    • Add a ⅓ cup sweetened flaked coconut or chopped nuts to the batter.
    • Instead of creamy peanut butter, use chunky.

    🍴 Serving Suggestions

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies are the perfect treat to bring to potlucks and serve at parties. They're quick and easy and everybody loves them. These are also great for lunch box treats and bake sales.

Note: If you're looking for a peanut-free option, try our Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars instead.

A great idea, very very appealing. And since somebody put it into that table salt does us no good the Kosher salt is welcome indeed!

I made these today. They are great. I didn't have any semi sweet chocolate chips, so just used milk chocolate chips... came out great. I will definitely make these again. I like the addition of the peanut butter chips instead of just the usual chocolate chips. Love peanut butter and chocolate....mmmmm
