No matter what kind of barbecue you are making, chances are you are looking for the perfect barbecue seasoning that will make the flavors pop. This Magic Dust Rub is the ideal barbecue seasoning to whip up whenever you plan to eat some classic barbecue food.

Never heard of Magic Dust before? It was invented by Mike Mills - an award-winning pitmaster from Illinois. Let me tell you, this rub works great for pulled pork, chicken, or any other meats that you plan on grilling, smoking, or even slow cooking this summer. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and spicy to create a delicious smoky flavor no matter how you use it.

I like to purchase my herbs and spices in bulk because I save a lot of money that way. You can find them in your local club store or online. How to Use Magic Dust Seasoning

You can use this mixture on any of your favorite cuts of beef like top sirloin, grilling tips, ribeye, or petite sirloin. Simply sprinkle a light coating over the meat before grilling. I like to add a drizzle of olive oil and massage the spice rub into the meat.

This is an awesome all purpose bbq rub. It also adds great flavor to pork chops, pork tenderloin, and chicken. And it's a great way to dress up potato wedges, too.

    Magic Dust Marinade

Here's how to make a marinade using this seasoning blend:

    1. Combine ¾ cup of olive oil and ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, whisking to emulsify.
    2. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of magic dust BBQ rub.
    3. Marinate your protein anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours before cooking.
