I really love the NH State Park system. There are so many amazing places to explore in our beautiful state. I wrote about visiting NH State Parks and ways to save money last summer and I'm excited to share with you beautiful Greenfield State Park NH.

Located off of Route 136 in Greenfield, this is a fantastic state park with a lot of great activities. This is one of the smaller beach areas that we've been to lately, but it opens to a large swimming area which is great for families.

    Greenfield State Park Activities

One of the things I really like about this park is the variety of activities and amenities. There is a good bathroom and a small park store with refreshments. There are also boat rentals available.  Visitors can also enjoy:

    • swimming and boating
    • fishing (age 16+ NH fishing license required)
    • picnic tables and playground
    • camping area
    • hiking and walking trails
    • snowshoeing and snowmobiling

With all these points of interest, you'll want to get there early so you can enjoy all the 400-acre park has to offer!
