Want to get dinner on the table for your family fast? Sheet pan dinners are a great way to cook up a healthy, simple meal without spending too much time in the kitchen. It's so simple to meal prep and make healthy sheet pan dinners.

They're super versatile, too, because in most cases, you can swap out the veggies, herbs, or seasonings for the ones you have on hand. There's no need to make a special trip to the store for ingredients when swaps are so easy.

And because you're cooking the meat and veggies all in the same pan at the same time, clean-up is way easier. Raise your hand if you'd only like one pan to wash up after a meal instead of several.
