    📝Instructions

    1. Mix the ingredients in a small bowl.
    2. Pour the mixture into a glass jar.
    3. Secure the top tightly.
    4. Affix the label to the bottle.

What to look for when purchasing Lavender Essential Oil

Unfortunately, essential oils are not regulated by the FDA so it's important to look for a supplier who distills their own lavender.

Check the label for lavender's Latin name, Lavandula angustifolia. You want to purchase pure lavender essential oil - no other ingredients should be listed.

    Benefits of Lavender Essential Oil

You probably know that lavender essential oil is often used to promote relaxation and can help reduce stress and anxiety.

However, lavender has also been used for centuries for its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties.

    Tips

Shake the spray bottle once or twice before use.

This lavender spray shouldn't leave any stains on your fabric, but it's always a good idea to test on a small area to be sure.
