If you love a good Caesar Salad with chicken with crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and shaved Parmesan, then you must know how to make homemade Caesar dressing.
It's a simple and delicious recipe you'll love using for more than just salads. It's a great marinade (try it in this Caesar Chicken Pasta.)
This recipe is for Caesar Dressing without Anchovies which is perfect if you're a vegetarian or like me, don't care for the fishy taste. I'm also not a fan of raw egg yolks in my dressing either, so this dressing has a mayonnaise base instead.

Ingredients
While many Caesar dressing recipes call for raw eggs and anchovy paste or chopped anchovy fillets, this easy recipe uses neither but still tastes like the authentic Caesar dressing you love.
- mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
- large garlic cloves
- Dijon mustard
- fresh lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- sea salt
- black pepper

Tips
- If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can make this easy Caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl with an immersion blender.

Storage
To Store: Leftover Caesar dressing should be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)
Variations
The first time you try any new recipe we recommend that you make it just as it is written on the recipe card since that is how the recipe has been tested. However, the next time you make our recipe, you might want to try one of these ideas:
When I have fresh herbs on hand, I love using them to add some extra freshness to the salad dressing. Fresh parsley is always a good choice, but for something a little different, try fresh dill.
If you're a fan of the lemon, add a bit of lemon zest to the creamy dressing.
Serving Suggestions
Obviously, creamy homemade caesar dressing is perfect for a good Caesar salad - or really whatever your favorite salad might be. It's really yummy in potato or pasta salad, cole slaw, and also yummy in tuna or chicken salad too.
You can also use it to marinate proteins like chicken. Not only will the Caesar dressing add lots of flavor, but it will also keep the meat moist.

Love roasted veggies? Me too! Rather than tossing vegetables like broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and potatoes in olive oil, this dressing makes them even more caramelized and delicious! Try this creamy dressing with grilled corn on the cob, too.
For a simple veggie dip, mix with 1 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt with 1 cup of this easy Caesar dressing.
