The idea behind a Bundt Cake Breakfast is one big dish that can serve a lot of people. This dish is similar to monkey bread in that you cut up the dough into small pieces. Instead of mixing it with sugar and cinnamon, we're adding in savory ingredients like bacon, eggs, and cheese!

A slice of this Bacon, Egg and Cheese Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake is perfect for breakfast or brunch. With classic breakfast foods, this dish is both familiar and comfortable as well as out-of-the-box. Who doesn't like bread, cheese and bacon?  Trust me - you'll wow your brunch guests for sure! It's super easy to make, and really flavorful.

My favorite part is the leftovers honestly! It's great for serving lots of people, but it's also great as a make ahead breakfast! You can make one of these on Sunday and have breakfast for at least half the week!

To make Bacon Egg and Cheese Bundt Cake Breakfast, I start with frozen dough, which I love using! There are so many great possibilities for sweet and savory recipes. You may have seen my tasty Blueberry + Peach Easy Monkey Bread I made using frozen dough also.

I'm not a big fan of quiche, so I love that the egg is the binder in the Bundt Cake Breakfast recipe and not a big component of the flavor. The bacon and cheese really shine here!

    🔪Instructions

This is meant to be a brief overview of the breakfast bundt cake recipe. For step-by-step instructions and a full printable recipe card with ingredients, please scroll down to the teal box below or Jump to Recipe.

    1. Allow the dinner rolls to thaw on a parchment lined baking sheet - about 1 hour.
    2. Spray bundt pan heavily with non-stick spray.
    3. Cut rolls in quarters and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
    4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add cut up rolls and toss to coat rolls thoroughly.
    5. Place roll mixture in bundt pan and arrange evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
    6. Remove the wrap and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let sit 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve hot.

    🍴 Serving Suggestions

While this is great for a brunch, slices of this Bacon Egg and Cheese Bundt Cake Breakfast make a great on-the-go breakfast, too! I love finding new recipes that become family-favorites.

    ⏲️ Storage

My husband just loves to take this easy breakfast bundt cake to work in the morning. He heats it up at work and all his co-workers always ask for the recipe! I just cut the pieces and place them in zipper bags. To reheat, microwave them in the bag 30-60 seconds (depending on your microwave).

    📖 Variations

    • Use chopped ham, Canadian bacon, or cooked crumbled sausage instead of bacon.
    • Instead of Monterrey Jack Cheese, try cheddar or even pepper jack.
    • Add a cup of diced bell peppers.

I liked the idea of your breakfast cassorole with rhoades bread rolls. How many does it serve and can you add more eggs or increase the recipe? I need to feed 12 adults. 6 men and 6 women. Thanks for a reply.

Hi Rose! This will serve 6-8 easily. If you need to feed 12, I would make 2, or perhaps serve another dish in addition such as one of these:
