This is such a flavorful dish! The garlic sauce is creamy. The chicken is tender and moist. It's just so yummy!

And whether you serve it with pasta, rice, white cheddar mashed potatoes or even baked spaghetti squash, it's sure to be a big hit with the whole family.

    Ingredients

Here's what you'll need to make the recipe:

    • chicken thighs
    • unsalted butter
    • chicken stock
    • garlic
    • milk
    • small onion

From the pantry: all-purpose flour, salt and pepper.

I peeled my garlic by hand, but you could use garlic peeler or purchase the jar of peeled whole garlic from the grocery store.

For this recipe, you want to keep the garlic cloves whole.

    How to use Leftover Chicken

This recipe has many ways to use up the leftover chicken.  Mr. Juggling Act takes it with leftover rice or noodles for his lunches at work.  If you'd rather transform it into something else, here are some ideas:

    • Add with stir fry veggies to make a rice or noodle bowl.
    • Instead of pork, use this leftover chicken to make our Lettuce Wraps.  Give the chicken a rough chop, add the soy sauce mixture, and heat through.  Assemble your wraps, and dinner is served.
    • Use to make Rotel chicken spaghetti or creamy chicken and broccoli pasta.

This meal sounds so flavorful and delicious and you’re right, it’s hard to think that the house wouldn’t need a little refresh with all of that garlic. Thanks for recommending a product you know and trust.
