Mini Pizzas are the perfect quick weeknight dinner you can make in the microwave. They also made delicious last-minute game day snacks!

• Rhodes Warm-N-Serve Yeast Dinner Rolls
• Pizza Sauce
• Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• Pizza Toppings, such as
  • pepperoni
  • olives
  • peppers
  • onions

How to Make Mini Pizzas Using Frozen Rolls

1. Cut rolls in half. Place on a microwave-safe plate with cut sides up.
2. Spread with pizza sauce.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni.
4. Microwave 30-45 seconds, until cheese is melted.
5. Repeat to make as many as desired.

• 8 Rhodes Warm-N-Serv® Yeast Dinner Rolls thawed
• ¾ cup pizza sauce
• 1 cups grated mozzarella cheese
• pizza toppings such as pepperoni olives, peppers, etc.
